This hotpatch fix the following issue:

## Problem

When updating the system via `pacman` or `yay`, a error message shows up:

```log
error: vincent-os: signature from "Florian. M <florian.m@v38armageddon.net>" is invalid
error: failed to synchronize all databases (unexpected error)
error: origin: signature from "Florian. M <florian.m@v38armageddon.net>" is invalid
error: failed to synchronize all databases (unexpected error)

```

What makes it impossible to update the system correctly.

## Solution

This CLP package execute `pacman-key` to receive and reinstall manually the GPG key, then, `pacman-key` will refresh keys automatically.
